Shipping Policy – How the Magic Gets to You

We know you're excited to get your props – and we’re just as excited to send them! Here’s everything you need to know about how Epic Props gets from our hands to yours:

Processing Times

Most of our props are in stock right now, but some are made to order, so please allow 3–5 business days for us to work our magic before shipping. During peak times (hello wedding/school formal season!), it may take a little longer – but we promise it’ll be worth the wait.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship Australia-wide via trusted couriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Want something urgently? Flick us a message – we’ll see what we can do.

Tracking

Once your order’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number faster than you can say “strike a pose.” Keep an eye on your inbox (and maybe your junk folder, just in case).

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary by region, but here’s a general guide:

• Metro areas: 3–4 business days

• Regional areas: 3–7 business days

• Rural/remote: It may take a little longer (we love the outback too, but couriers move slower there)

 

International Shipping

At this stage, we’re only shipping within Australia. If you’re overseas and desperate for props, let us know – we may be able to work some cross-border magic.

Oops – Lost or Delayed?

Once it leaves our hands, your order is in the care of Australia post. If something goes missing or takes a detour, we’ll do everything we can to help track it down. Just reach out and we’ll sort it together.
