Refund Policy – Epic Props Style

At Epic Props, we’re all about helping you bring the fun. But if something’s gone sideways with your order, here’s how we handle it (with a wink and a bit of common sense).

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your prop shows up looking like it’s had a rough night out before even getting to you, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo and we’ll get it sorted – whether that’s a replacement or a refund. No drama, just solutions.

Change of Mind

We totally understand buyer’s remorse (we’ve all bought a novelty hat at 2am). But because our props are often made to order, we can’t offer refunds for change-of-mind. So please double-check your choices before clicking that shiny “Add to Cart” button.

Returns

Please don’t post anything back without contacting us first – we need to make sure it ends up in the right hands. Just flick us a message and we’ll guide you through the process like the prop pros we are.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, we’ll send it back to your original payment method within 5 business days. We won’t make you chase it – we’re faster than a photobooth flash.
